AUGUST 16 2017 WOW TIME FLIES

Summer has given me a respite from Statehouse Coverage.  However,


A free speech rally on Saturday will not be too rest producing from what
we are seeing around the Country.  Top that with a Solar Eclipse and we
are having a rather  unusual summer to say the least.


I have accomplished one thing this past month and now have the
CPPR ARCHIVE PROJECT Business registered with Hamilton Town Hall.


I plan to be fundraising from this time on to raise 1000.00 and then start
a huge campaign to gain the full docket of 351 members in Massachusetts
of COMFLM sm REGISTRY NEWS, contributors to the Archive,
documenting the Public Record on Beacon Hill.


Are you excited?  I am as I have discovered what you will that our Statehouse has to be welcoming and accountable to the People.


It is not exactly as bleak as it seems.  They have now a lit up screen
outside the Senate Clerk's office that shows the meetings occurring in
the Building.  Now wouldn't that be great to have a sign at each entrance
as well?  We would be so savy to help the public know where they are
and actual information that is useful upon entry.


We know the Rangers are in full inspection mode for terrorists when you
enter and have no time to know the stats of the day for questions by the
public.  So a sign would be so easy to point confused people to.


Oh, and did you notice the elevators are being updated.  Outside of a few
inches smaller one feels like they are  in a golden vault.  Of course that
must impress everyone.  Better than being stuck in just a junky elevator, I am sure.


I hope to be adding important things here and like the Black background.

Governor Chris Christi Visits NH Galley Hatch Restaurant

June 18 2015 Abbey Bertelson GallopingForFreedom.blogspot.com,  and myself went to New Hampshire to cover Gov Chris Christi at the Galley Hatch.  This was sponsored by New Hampshire Republicans.  He was so much more intense meeting him in person.  He was totally engaged in the crowd and kept the interest of everyone there as he explained his concern for what is going on in America.  I must say I was more impressed than ever and hope he is as sincere as he appeared.

June 27 2015  A lot has happened as you can imagine since January posting.  I just get to distracted.  We had a huge snow winter which I decided it was perfect for a 12 week Internship 1 day per week at Federal Court South Boston, Moakley. 


So that completed and the Tsarmenov case completed my experience was truly powerful watching the Court Process allowing new media to attend.  2  rooms with televised screens were filled with 25 Reporters from all over the globe daily and a line up outside in the snow of Reporters was amazing.  Finally, the last day decision coming down what happens a kid with meat cleaver in car gets arrested in front of Court.

This is an exciting life I have created getting active on Beacon Hill and showing the average guy that it can be done. 

Monumental Public Hearing at the Superior Court on Public Records Access

On June 15 2015 4pm - 630pm  I attended the public hearing on public records put on by the Committee to Review public records access in the Jury Room of Superior Court.  I arrived around 2pm on the wettest day this spring.  I sloshed around planning to go to Fed Court as well that morning.  I never got there and just shopped stopping to get out of the rain.  I then just attended the hearing.


Every form of Media was there and the list one page long gave testimony to the Committee reviewing public record complaints to access and changes needing to be made including allowing the meeting to be videotaped.


I was given permission at the start of the meeting having asked repeatedly if I could videotape.  So at the start of the hearing the Justice stated members of the media were here and taping was allowed.  Wow?  I was so shocked and set my camera up to record immediately. 


I will be posting this online soon, but am waiting to hear back from the Justice to post as I wanted to allow him to see my footage before it was released as he gave permission and that was my gesture from the group CRNEWSTEAM setting our protocol to the Court.

DEPT OF EDUCATION HOLDS PUBLIC HEARING IN LYNN

Monday June 22, 2015 I was at the Department of Education Public Hearing on the upcoming Parcc decision for testing of all grades lower education.  These hearings have been held all over the State and at the Statehouse.  MTA is capturing them as well but are not posting them online anywhere. 


As this is a PUBLIC HEARING why are the videos not being offered to public access in the state or published somewhere for the public to see?


I captured this as well as Michael Gendre Beverly Public Access Education Straight Up.  I will be uploading on you tube and posting on cpprarchiveproject2015.wordpress.com, another location to follow our work on the Public Record by Public Officials.

Thursday, June 26 2015, I was invited to speak at the Tea Party Montly Meeing with Meat and Potatoes Show Chris Maider and so many other activist.  The topic was Media Bias and four speakers had the luxury of speaking to the group of which I was one.  I have visited the Boston Tea Party also which is at the Lir Irish Bar on Boylston St Copley Square.  I have enjoyed these events very much.


Tom Duggan was the main speaker of the night.  He added so much insight to how Media works and some of his great stories he covers.  I was blessed to receive a first ever check for my work from him that night.  So now Tom is planning to become a member of the Group CRNewsTeam.  I am so excited to have his membership.


The Tomaselli Sisters Joyce and Grace Marie of Salisbury were gracious to offer me a ride and we hit the worst traffic ever on 495 but inspite of that we got there on time.
